Organic, 11g of protein per serving. Great source of protein, fiber, omega 3 and 6. 10 essential amino acids. Soy free, gluten free no additives and no preservatives. Great way to get veg-based protein without the saturated fat and cholesterol of any kind of beef, poultry, pork etc. Just mix with OJ, some flax oil and actually some brewer's yeast and your body will benefit immensely. I am 56 years old and weigh what I did in the 9th grade.

Summary: "wrong product"

This product lists its ingredients as 100% protein powder but it is not. It is hemp protein and fiber powder. All fiber if you ask me. The taste is awful, I really can't think of anything to use this with unless you just need fiber and choke it down with a little water everyday. I think it is nastier than straight psyllium husks.
